I am thrilled to start the 2025-26 school year as your librarian! I love working with students to develop a love for reading and learning.
In my 14 years in education, I have been an elementary librarian in addition to teaching kindergarten and first grade. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Texas Tech University and a Master's Degree in Library and Information Science from the University of North Texas.
When I am not at school, I am at home hanging out with my family. I am married to my high school sweetheart, and we have three amazing kids. Outside of school, I can be found supporting them at the soccer field, dancing, and raising their animals.
